I , Denver Rinehart,  will attempt to diagnose and repair whatever computer problems you are experiencing in either PC or Macintosh® computers.  I am not an Apple® authorized technician and make no claims in that regard whatsoever.  I do not do warranty work for any manufacturer.  Many hardware issues and software conflicts can be very time consuming and difficult to trace down.

The number and length of restarts, lack of a functional CDROM, lack of original installation software, speed of the computer, the speed of your CDROM, and other peripherals, your lack of proper manuals and/or documentation, and your lack of telephone availability are just a few of the things that can add significantly to service time.  In that, you understand problems are not easily or quickly diagnosed or repaired.  Many problems may have multiple causes.  Not all problems can be fixed. Some problems cause new problems. I will attempt the best I can to resolve your problems.  In the final analysis, you may not be able use the hardware you want, or to run the software you want to run depending on your hardware or software capabilities or if other conflicts arise.  Some repairs may not be practical, depending on the age and capabilities of the computer, and the cost of the repair or upgrade.

The hourly rate is billed at $17.50 per hour in my shop, with one hour minimum.  For on site service, the hourly rate is $17.50 per hour, with one hour minimum plus a $17.50 Service call. Each subsequent hour shall be rounded up to the nearest half hour.  Should you decide NOT to have repairs made once diagnosed, a minimum one hour bench fee applies at the above rates.  Full payment is due at the end of the service call in cash or local check.

If I am unable to correct or diagnose ANY of the issues needing repair, there will be no charge.  If I am able to complete any part of the issues at hand, or I am able to diagnose a specific hardware or software problem, the full charge applies.

If the need arises, and as a last practical resort, you may / may not
erase the hard drive(s) without consulting me.  I understand erasing the hard drive(s) will destroy any and all information on the drive(s) irretrievably, and I either already have necessary backups made, or do not need backups.
